Leap4MigrantWorker (L4M)

Leap for Migrant Workers (L4M) is an initiative and funding platform launched on May 1, 2020, aimed at addressing medium- to long-term social infrastructure gaps for migrant workers in Singapore. Flagship projects include the Migrant Worker Landscape Research and the Care4MigrantWorkers (C4M) programme.

What is C4M?

In September 2020, LEAP201 partnered with the Migrant Workers’ Centre and Income Insurance to launch Care4MigrantWorkers (C4M), Singapore’s first low-cost group term life insurance plan tailored for migrant workers.

The Impact

Today, C4M supports over 170,000 migrant workers, offering affordable critical illness insurance that goes beyond basic coverage—it’s about preserving dignity and ensuring security for those who contribute so much to our nation.

We are proud that this initiative has drawn government attention, resulting in the expansion of healthcare coverage to all 400,000 dormitory-based migrant workers through the Primary Care Plan.
