Felicia Heng brings 28 years of experience across banking, governance and dispute resolution as an Independent Director. Her career spans senior responsibilities at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Standard Chartered, and regional leadership of Family Business Network, a global non-profit serving family offices and multi-generational family enterprise owners.

She is Founder and Managing Partner of Wise Purpose, a boutique family office consulting, advisory and coaching practice supporting boards, family principals and C-suite leaders across Asia. Her work sits at the intersection of capital decisions and human systems, where governance, succession and stakeholder alignment determine execution. This includes high-stakes board facilitation, and aligning foundation objectives with investment mandates, reporting cadence and governance forums.

In her former roles, Felicia worked with asset owners, business families and foundations on vision, values and investment strategies. She partnered with specialist teams on due diligence, manager selection and portfolio allocation, including impact strategies. She brings an investor lens to philanthropic questions, risk sensibilities, and experience translating intent into mandates, oversight and follow-through.

Felicia serves on the Investment Committee of the Singapore Christian Home. She is an SID Accredited Director and an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and FIDReC. She brings calm, constructive challenge in board discussions, and an evaluation mindset that links outcomes to measurement and learning loops. Her experience supports coalition building across donors, corporates, social enterprises and sector stakeholders.

Felicia holds postgraduate degrees in Occupational Psychology and Technology Management, along with advanced certifications in Wealth Management, Family Wealth Advisory and Executive Coaching.
