Gwendolyn Lim is a partner and the head of Bridgespan’s Southeast Asia office, based in Singapore.
She has more than 20 years of consulting experience with Bain & Company spanning South-East Asia, North Asia, and the US. While at Bain, Gwen led the customer practice for more than eight years and was an active member of the retail and financial services teams. She has worked closely with multinational and local clients on topics such as customer transformations, corporate and business-unit strategy, performance turnarounds, and due diligence. Some of her past projects include helping major department stores in SEA to identify, retain, and drive share-of-wallet amongst their most loyal customers, redesigning the customer experience for one of the largest Asian banks around fraud, and articulating the process and playbook around corporate mergers and acquisitions for an industrials conglomerate.
In the social impact space, Gwen has worked with a leading Singaporean university to outline its five-year strategy across academics, research, and entrepreneurship as well as tackling its fundraising and endowment needs. Additionally, she has led a project with a major field-building NGO in the Philippines to identify sectors that would generate the largest number of high-impact entrepreneurs within the next three to five years.
In her personal capacity, Gwen has previously aided the Community Foundation of Singapore to articulate its three-year strategic plan–identifying target donor segments and delineating criteria to identify high-potential charitable organizations.
Gwen earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a graduate of Stanford University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in economics. Gwen is a novice Crossfitter, a slow-but-steady reader of biographies, and an avid fan of all things related to professional sports.
Colin Lim is Head of Asia Private Debt at Tikehau Capital, with more than 20 years of investing experience across Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining the firm, Colin was the Head of Southeast & North Asia at BPEA Credit and at CLSA Capital Partners (Special Situations Group), and previously served as a senior Principal with Apollo Global Management’s Asia Opportunistic Credit team based in Singapore. Colin started his career in London at Deutsche Bank and subsequently worked at Goldman Sachs Mezzanine Partners and HPS Investment Partners.
Colin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Jolene Chen is a seasoned human resources professional and leader with more than 30 years of experience. She is distinguished for her purpose-driven, people-focused leadership. She has served in multinational corporations including Prudential plc and Standard Chartered bank and played a pivotal role in driving the strategic people agenda, transforming organizations, developing talent, and growing leaders in these organisations across Asia and Africa.
Having worked across multiple cultures in Asia, Jolene is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion to foster cultures of respect, belonging and empowerment among people of diverse perspectives, abilities and backgrounds. She was the co-chair of the D&I council and was the chair of the philanthropic arm of Prudential, which contributes to the long-term development of communities with a focus on health, safety, and education across Asia and Africa.
David Heng is the Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Trust Asset Management (TTAM), which oversees two investment platforms: ABC Impact, an Asia-focused growth impact private equity firm with over S$1 billion (US$900 million) in assets under management; and Temasek Trust Capital, a purpose-aligned investment platform managing a diversified portfolio to deliver sustainable returns in support of Temasek Trust’s long-term philanthropic objectives.
With over 30 years of experience in the investment industry, David spent 14 years in senior leadership roles at Temasek, including Head of Real Estate, Head of Japan & Korea, Joint Head of Consumer, and Joint Head of China. Prior to joining Temasek, he was with Deutsche Bank AG.
David serves as an Independent Director of Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) and as a Non-Executive Director of SeaTown Holdings. He is also a board member of the Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (CIIP) and sits on the investment committees of Temasek Trust Asset Management, ABC Impact, and Temasek Trust Capital.
He holds an MBA from the University of Hull (UK) and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand).
Felicia Heng brings 28 years of experience across banking, governance and dispute resolution as an Independent Director. Her career spans senior responsibilities at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Standard Chartered, and regional leadership of Family Business Network, a global non-profit serving family offices and multi-generational family enterprise owners.
She is Founder and Managing Partner of Wise Purpose, a boutique family office consulting, advisory and coaching practice supporting boards, family principals and C-suite leaders across Asia. Her work sits at the intersection of capital decisions and human systems, where governance, succession and stakeholder alignment determine execution. This includes high-stakes board facilitation, and aligning foundation objectives with investment mandates, reporting cadence and governance forums.
In her former roles, Felicia worked with asset owners, business families and foundations on vision, values and investment strategies. She partnered with specialist teams on due diligence, manager selection and portfolio allocation, including impact strategies. She brings an investor lens to philanthropic questions, risk sensibilities, and experience translating intent into mandates, oversight and follow-through.
Felicia serves on the Investment Committee of the Singapore Christian Home. She is an SID Accredited Director and an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and FIDReC. She brings calm, constructive challenge in board discussions, and an evaluation mindset that links outcomes to measurement and learning loops. Her experience supports coalition building across donors, corporates, social enterprises and sector stakeholders.
Felicia holds postgraduate degrees in Occupational Psychology and Technology Management, along with advanced certifications in Wealth Management, Family Wealth Advisory and Executive Coaching.
Lung has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently, he serves as the Citi Country Officer (CCO) for Singapore. Prior to this, he was the Chairman of Citi Private Bank for Asia South. Before joining the Private Bank, Lung was the CEO of Citibank Malaysia for six years. Lung held other key roles in the bank including anti-money laundering, global capital markets, and credit management.
In addition to his banking career, Lung holds several board positions. He sits on the World Motorsports Council of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). He is also a Director at the Wealth Management Institute International and sits on the board of management at Anglo Chinese (Independent) School.
Lung is a qualified Chartered Banker (Fellow) and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Chaminade University.
