Michael Lien is the Executive Chairman of Wah Hin & Company Pte Ltd (Wah Hin), the Lien family office and a Singapore-based investment holding company. Wah Hin is a substantial shareholder of United Overseas Bank (UOB).

He serves as a Non-Independent Director of UOB and is a member of the Board Executive Committee.

Michael is also the Founder and Board Chairman of Leap201, a Singapore-based philanthropy creating lasting, high-impact change for lower-income communities. In Singapore, Leap201 conducts research, pilots programmes, and advocates for policies that improve the lives of lower-income families. In Southeast Asia, Leap201 engages in venture philanthropy, providing loans to early-stage social enterprises.

Previously, he was a Board Member of Temasek Holdings (2009–2018) and served on the National University of Singapore (NUS) Board of Trustees (2009–2021), including the Investment Committee (2009–2020).

He has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and institutional investing. He was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he headed its Corporate Finance business until 2002. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked at Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia, with responsibility for equity origination. He began his career in public service at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Michael is a Colombo Plan Scholar and holds a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours) with double majors in Finance and Econometrics from Monash University, Australia.

As CEO for Singapore, ASEAN and South Asia at Standard Chartered Bank, Patrick is responsible for the Bank’s franchise and businesses across ASEAN and South Asia. These are key strategic markets for the Standard Chartered Bank Group, and Singapore is home to the Bank’s global businesses and Technology & Operations functions.

Before assuming this role, Patrick was CEO Singapore, and Head of Global Banking, Singapore, where he was responsible for the Bank’s corporate and institutional client businesses.

Before joining Standard Chartered in 2012, Patrick was Managing Director, Head of Southeast Asia Investment Banking at Nomura. Prior to that, he was Head of Singapore/Malaysia Investment Banking at UBS and Executive Director, Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. He has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, including corporate and investment banking, product and sector coverage, and has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.

Patrick is also a Board Director of Clifford Capital Holdings Pte Ltd (established as a specialist provider of structured finance solutions). He is an Executive Committee member of Singapore Trade Data Exchange Services Pte Ltd (SGTraDex), and serves on the Board of Climate Impact X Pte Ltd as an Alternate Director. In 2022, Patrick was named an ‘IBF Distinguished Fellow’ by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Singapore for his contributions to the growth and development of the financial sector.

Patrick graduated with BA (First Class Honors) and MA in English from Trinity College, Cambridge.

Mr. Ravi Lambah joined Temasek in April 2012 and is currently Joint Head, Investment Group; Head, Direct Investments; Joint Head, Telecom, Media & Technology; and Head, India. Prior to this role, Mr. Lambah was the Chief Operating Officer of ST Telemedia, an investor-operator with a significant global portfolio of telecom and media assets. His role comprised overseeing the investments and operations of the company, which is also a 100% owned subsidiary of Temasek. Mr. Lambah has over 28 years in the financial and investment banking industry in the Asia-Pacific region, 15 of which were with Credit Suisse, Jardine Fleming and Citigroup. Mr. Lambah is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant. Mr. Lambah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics, from India’s University of Bombay.

Gracelyn Ho is the Co-Founder of Pivott Capital. She is the former Chief Commercial Officer, Managing Director, of ABN AMRO’s Private Banking International for Asia & Middle East, responsible for Strategy, Business Development, Sales Management and Marketing Communications. Gracelyn has also held senior leadership roles with regional and global responsibilities in Morgan Stanley and UBS, across Capital Markets, Financial Institutions, Private Wealth Management and Investment Advisory. She currently serves on various committees in YMCA, is a Mentor with NUSS and active in community service.

Belinda is a partner at PwC Singapore, with more than 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, governance and internal controls, working with both private and public sector entities. In recent years, she has also spent her time in Myanmar to support companies with their business transformation initiatives. She is a Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant of Singapore and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. Belinda also sits on the Management Committee of the Singapore Athletics Association, a non-profit organisation, serving as the Treasurer.

Yinglan is the Founding Managing Partner of Insignia Ventures Partners. Founded in 2017, Insignia is an early-stage technology venture fund focusing on Southeast Asia. It manages more than US$350 million from sovereign wealth funds, foundations, university endowments and renowned family offices. Insignia is the recipient of two back to back VC Deal of Year awards for Payfazz (2019) and Carro (2018) from the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. Its portfolio includes many other technology pacesetting leaders in Southeast Asia.

Yinglan is the co-host of ‘On Call with Insignia Ventures’ podcast which features chats with portfolio founders and regional investors. He is an author on venture capital, start-ups and innovation and recently published his fourth book, Navigating ASEANnovation (World Scientific, 2020). Yinglan also serves on the International Board of Stars Leaders of the Next Generation, the Singapore Government’s Pro Enterprise Panel and is a Board Member at Hwa Chong Institution.

Jason joined OCBC in 2013 and retired as Executive Vice President in 2022. He was previously with KBC Bank, Volvo, Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank. He has more than 35 years of banking and finance experience including leading significant businesses in the different global financial markets. He assumed the role of Group Head of Human Resources at OCBC between 2014 and 2022 where he was a key member in the major transformation of the Bank in the human capital and digitalization space.

He is currently serving on the Boards of Emperador Inc and Daughters of Tomorrow Ltd.

Jason had previously served on the Boards of Institute of Human Resources Professionals and OCBC Properties Services.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University.

Chen Fah retired as an Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ( PwC ) Singapore. At PwC, he led teams in providing audit and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Over a 37 year career with PwC, Chen Fah has held various leadership roles, including being the Finance Partner, member of the Extended Leadership Team and Assurance Leadership Team, Learning and Education Partner, Administration Partner, Assurance Leader of Government Sector and Operating Unit Leader.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He also holds the Senior Accredited Director badge from the Singapore Institute of Directors. He is currently a Board member of Singapore Food Agency (concurrently Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee), Director of NCS Pte Ltd, Director of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Limited (concurrently Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee), Director of Singapore Airlines Foundation Ltd, Board member of Singapore Taekwondo Federation (concurrently Audit Committee and Ethics Chairman) and member of Asia Community Foundation Ltd Audit and Risk Committee.
