Christophe has 18 years of impact investment and asset management experience in emerging markets, having worked on startup ecosystems building initiatives, due diligences and structuring of innovative debt and equity investments across 3 continents. Until August 2023, he was the Chairman and MD of a US$150 million publicly traded fund on the Thai Stock Exchange.

Over his career, he has successfully launched and led 2 microfinance banks in Latin America and Africa and sustainable infrastructure projects in Asia Pacific. Today he advises impact funds and foundations in their support to entrepreneurs who want to create positive social and environmental impact. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Finance and a Master’s degree in Geopolitics. He speaks French, English, Spanish and Khmer.

Eng-Lye is a partner of Dechert LLP based in the Singapore office. He regularly advises private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, private credit funds and financial institutions on a broad range of complex financing transactions, with a focus on cross-border leveraged financings and fund financings. He has extensive financing experience in the United States, European and Asian markets, and previously worked at leading international law firms in Sydney, London and Hong Kong.

Walter Edgar Theseira is Associate Professor of Economics, School of Business, Singapore University of Social Sciences. His Ph.D. is in Applied Economics and Managerial Science from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. His areas are applied microeconomics, behavioural, and experimental economics. His research has been published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organisation. His policy research covers housing integration with the Ministry of National Development, immigration in Singapore with the World Bank, vehicle quota auctions with the Land Transport Authority, the Singapore Retirement and Health Survey, and the ComLink+ Programme with the Ministry of Social and Family Development. He has served as an economics research advisor for Singapore Government agencies, and is a Board Member of the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore. He was a Nominated Member of Parliament in the 13th Parliament of Singapore.

Till is an advisory partner of Bain & Company’s SE Asia practice based in Singapore. He has worked extensively with SE Asian companies on portfolio strategy, growth, M&A and merger integration, organisation and performance improvement programs.
