Kee Liang is a social sector leader with nearly 15 years of track record shaping strategy, governance, and scaled impact across government and philanthropy. In his current role as General Manager of Leap Philanthropy, he works closely with the Board, staff, and an esteemed network of Executive-level volunteers to steward Leap201’s mission of empowerment and oversee a programme portfolio in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
