Enabling Independence, Inspiring Confidence

Singapore is now a super-aged society — more than one in five Singaporeans are aged 65 and above, rising to one to in four by 2030. How we enable our seniors to age well will define our social compact for the next few decades.

Leap201 has launched our Home4Life programme to study how we can enable independence and inspire confidence for seniors in their golden years. We surveyed 1,000 young seniors (aged 50-59) living in three-room flats and found that nearly two-thirds of them feel under-prepared for retirement.
