Key Highlights from FY2025

FY2025 marks five years since Leap201 launched its Singapore operations. Total cumulative lives impacted reached 1,970,199 — 1,394,404 in Singapore and 575,795 through the Southeast Asia Social Loans Programme. Total capital deployed since inception stands at S$9.5 million.

Singapore Highlights

Care4MigrantWorkers grew to 170,710 active members, with the Migrant Workers’ Centre incorporating C4M into its core membership structure.

Care4WorkingFamilies (C4W) launched in January 2025 as a multi-year programme supporting working families affected by long-term severe disability. Two of Leap201’s CareShield Life recommendations align with MOH enhancements announced 27 August 2025 — higher payouts and a streamlined application process.

Care4Students completed its inaugural year: 65% of students improved their Achievement Level, 95% met secondary school eligibility criteria, and 86% reported increased self-confidence.

Southeast Asia Highlights

Agros closed a US$4.25 million Series A with Schneider Electric, Wavemaker Impact and Gaia Impact Fund. KWSH received multimillion-dollar equity from Marubeni Corporation and Insitor Impact Asia Fund. Based on Leap201’s internal analysis, each dollar lent has mobilised US$3–10 in follow-on institutional capital.
