Leap201 achieved its five-year cumulative impact target two years early, reaching 1,595,555 total lives impacted — 879,760 in Singapore and 715,795 overseas. Total capital deployed since inception reached S$9.5 million.
Singapore Highlights
Care4MigrantWorkers (C4M) surpassed 130,000 sign-ups, nearly doubling year-on-year.
The Workfare enhancements announced at Budget 2024 — including the largest income cap increase since WIS was introduced in 2007, delivered one year ahead of schedule — are in the impact direction of Leap201’s Workfare Reimagined advocacy, benefitting over 500,000 Singaporeans.
Care4Students (C4S) launched in January 2024 with a first cohort of 50 Primary 6 students receiving targeted PSLE coaching in Tampines.
Southeast Asia Highlights
Four overseas social enterprise partners secured follow-on institutional funding after receiving Leap201 social loans. ATEC raised US$3 million Series A led by Schneider Electric. Boost Capital raised US$2.5 million seed round. Based on Leap201’s internal analysis, each dollar lent has helped mobilise US$3–10 in follow-on institutional capital.
